So what's up with the overhaul?


As we have grown over the past few months we have heard a lot of you guys requesting alternative payment methods other than Paypal.  Unfortunately our old webhost just couldn't deliver so we began looking elsewhere.

I am pleased to say that we now also accept major credit cards as well as a Cash option where you can mail us the green, and when we receive it we will ship your order.

Along with added payment options we are now going to have the ability to provide you with customer accounts for ease of checkout and coupon codes for loyal customers!

    How long should it take to recieve an order? I placed one for three patches the beginning of December? My credit card was charged December 6th. NO order arrived yet. Left a message on your voice mail, but no returned call. What else should I do?

    Is there anyway to contact the company? I recently ordered a patch and had the money taken out but never received a confirmation and it’s not showing up when I log in.

    Assuming you got inundated with orders around Black Friday, how about some proactive communication about the status of our orders please? We understand small business and the busyness of holidays, but no response on email inquiries isn’t honoring to your customers.

    Now that you have my money when do plan on shipping my two orders? No response when you are called. Only thing I can find on your website is paid unfulfilled.
